• in the parking lot the car was badly scratched by another car

This is only a small part of the losses that are reimbursed by our CASCO insurance contract. All risks covered are described in detail in the section “Policy coverage”. All events that are not insured and are not covered by the CASCO policy are described in the section “Coverage exclusions”.
